Promotional announcement bar
Announce a message at the very top of your header
An announcement bar or sometimes known as a promo bar, are ideal for promoting specials or any key messaging at the top of your site. Story allows you show the message, with link on the all pages of your site or only the homepage.
How to use
Activate the announcement bar in the Header section settings. Add your promotional message, link and use the other customization options:

Transparent header
The announcement bar takes on a transparent background with the rest of your header when using a transparent header. Upon hover, the solid background appears and a customized background color will be displayed for the promo bar:
